From Briançon or Montgenèvre follow the direction to Val des Prés - Névache on the D994G.

In Val des Prés, once you have passed the church and the "Mairie" (Town hall), you will soon find a car park on your right, next to the recycling bins. We recommend you park here. If you pass the local bar on the left you have gone a bit too far (200m). You can drive up to the flat to unload your car. At busy times you may need to use the car park below the "Mairie" (back towards the church).

  • From the north

    Grenoble (130km), RN91 to Briançon via the Col du Lautaret, then in Briançon follow RN94 to Montgenèvre and at La Vachette follow Val des Prés - Névache on the D994G

    Chambéry (160km), motorway A41 then A43 to Saint Jean de Maurienne - Modane, then take the Frejus Tunnel, then at Oulx follow SS24 to Sestriere-Montgenèvre, finally from Montgenèvre RN94 to Briançon and at La Vachette follow Val des Prés - Névache on the D994G

    Note: It is possible to exit the Frejus Tunnel at Bardonecchia and then access Val des Prés via the Col de l'Echelle but the road is closed during the winter season (November up to June)

  • From the south

    Marseille (270 km), motorway A51 Aix-Sisteron-La Saulce, then RN94 to Briançon, then follow Montgenèvre and at La Vachette follow Val des Prés - Névache on the D994G

  • From Italy

    Turin (110km), motorway E70 to Oulx, then at Oulx follow SS24 to Sestriere-Montgenèvre, finally from Montgenèvre RN94 to Briançon and at La Vachette follow Val des Prés - Névache on the D994G
